How much space does a chairlift take up?This will depend on the layout of your home or commercial space and the specific requirements of your needs and your staircase. You will need sufficient space at the top and bottom of the staircase to allow for the rail to be installed and for the user to access the stairlift comfortably. How long does it take to install a chairlift?Prime Lift Services Ltd are able to install chairlifts in a matter of just a few hours and with minimal disruption to you or your property. Will I need a power supply for a stairlift?We provide and install chairlift that are battery powered, however they will, in most cases, require a power outlet either at the top or bottom of the staircase in order to keep the lift charged.

What happens to a chairlift if there is a power cut?At Prime Lift Services Ltd we know how much of a concern this can be. The fear of getting stuck in the event of a power cut is fully understandable and therefore for peace of mind, the majority of our stairlift product range runs on battery power. These solutions will require a power outlet at the top or bottom of the staircase for charging purposes but in the event of a power cut, the lift battery will continue to work for a number of return journeys.

This type of lift is perfect for a restaurant looking to move items such as food and crockery over multiple floors. They aid substantially in the process of serving and clearing of meals. Trolley Lifts are another solution provided by Prime Lift Services. These lift solutions are suited for moving roll cages in a supermarket, delivering catering trolleys or to help move large objects such as boxes, crates and kegs between floors.

Are Dumbwaiters for commercial use only?No, not at all. Dumbwaiters are excellent solutions for private dwellings too. This type of lift is perfectly suitable for domestic properties where carrying goods such as shopping, over several stairways is challenging.

Are service lifts easy to use?User convenience is a paramout consideration when installing the correct service lift for your requirements. Our Dumbwaiters will be primarily installed at waist height, perfect for the catering industry for example. Larger service lifts such as Trolley Lifts will be installed at floor heigh in order to take goods to another floor via a trolley or pallet.

How much weight can service lifts carry?Our Dumbwaiter product range offers solutions with 50kg or 100kg loads. Our Trolley Lift solutions provide customers with the ability to carry loads of up to 300kg. We're also able to supply bespoke options too. How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
